Foot Rub

A Touch ritual for Relaxing

How to do it:

At the end of the day when you are winding down and getting ready to go to bed, treat yourself to a few minutes of self love;

  1. Take off your socks and get comfortable.

  2. Using oil, lotion, or salve. (recommend mixing an essential oil, like lavender, into a carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba.)

  3. Give your feet a nice rub. Follow your pleasure, and move the pressure wherever it feels the best.

Why do it:

Our feet do such a great job walking us around all day and deserve love and attention. What could be a more perfect way to relax and get a dose a self love before going to bed each night.
