  1. Tug the sheets and comforter back into place.

  2. Fluff the pillows.


Why do it:

When daily bed making becomes a keystone habit, it kickstarts a chain of other good decisions throughout the day, and gives you a sense of taking charge.

It also just looks and feels better and may encourage you to keep the rest of the bedroom tidy.
