How to do it:

Drink a glass of warm water with half to a full lemon, before drinking or eating anything else.


Why do it:

Water rehydrates you, and in addition to being packed with vitamins and minerals, lemons help with digestion and balance your body’s pH levels. Warm water won’t shock your body like cold water does.
