How to do it:

  1. Set your alarm for 5am (or earlier)

  2. Get up when it goes off.

    Pair with another breathing or meditation ritual for added benefits


Why do it:

One of the biggest complaints of modern living is that we simple do not have enough time. We often wake up when we have to, which pushes us directly into the path of needing to get moving and doing.

Waking up an extra 30-60 minutes earlier allows us to enter more smoothly into the day, and gives us more energy and clarity.
