A Yearly birthday Intention ritual for Manifestation
How to do it:
1. Before blowing the candles, close your eyes.
2. Formulate your wish in a simple sentence in the present tense, using only positive verbs.
Here’s an example: “I am hired at my dream job doing [fill in the blank, be specific].”
3. Visualize your wish into your mind’s eye. See your wish coming true.
How does it look like? How does it feel? Involve your five senses.
4. Now, imagine that your whole cake is surrounded by a golden light.
5. Blow the candles while repeating your wish into your head, trusting that you have been heard.
6. As you eat the cake, continue focusing on your wish.
7. For better results, do not throw your birthday candles. Instead, place them into a safe container on your altar. Light them again while focusing on your wish. Let them burn out completely.
Why do it:
This ritual brings intention to the wish that gets made on your birthday. Focusing on intentions and seeing a world in which they exists puts a beacon out into the universe.
